1. What Maxx Rewards is

Maxx Rewards is a paid membership from Vitaminmaxx. While your membership is active you get monthly store credit, member pricing in the members' shop, a weekly members' newsletter, and access to the members' shop in your member portal. We may add perks. If we remove a perk or change one in a way that's worse for you, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel.

2. Tiers, price and billing

Maxx Rewards has three tiers. You choose one when you join and can change it any time in your portal:

• MAXXING: $19.99 USD ($24.99 AUD) per month, $10 USD ($15 AUD) store credit a month, 15% members'-shop pricing
• MAXXER: $49.99 USD ($59.99 AUD) per month, $40 USD ($50 AUD) store credit a month, 25% members'-shop pricing
• MAXXED: $79.99 USD ($89.99 AUD) per month, $70 USD ($80 AUD) store credit a month, 40% members'-shop pricing

If you change tier, the new price applies from your next billing date. Upgrades unlock the new tier's pricing and items straight away. Downgrades apply straight away too.

Maxx Rewards costs $19.99 per month for your tier, including any GST. Nothing is charged when you check out: your first charge is on the next 5th of the month, and we then charge the same amount to the same payment method on the 5th of every month until you cancel. You can cancel online any time before the 5th. Your bank may show the charge in your local currency.

If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and it won't apply unless you stay a member after that date. You can cancel before then.

2a. Store credit

Every membership payment we receive adds your tier's monthly store credit to your account: MAXXING $10 USD ($15 AUD), MAXXER $40 USD ($50 AUD), MAXXED $70 USD ($80 AUD). Credit rolls over from month to month and doesn't expire while your account exists. You can spend it, in full or in part, on purchases from our store and members' shop. Store credit isn't cash and can't be withdrawn, except where the law requires. If you cancel, the credit you've built up stays yours to spend.

2b. Gift cards and promo codes

Vitaminmaxx gift cards don't expire and carry no fees. You use a gift card at checkout. Promo codes have their own dates, limits and eligibility. A code applies on top of member pricing only if it says it's stackable; otherwise you get whichever saves you more.

3. Automatic renewal and reminders

Your membership renews automatically every month. We email you 7 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the amount and a link to cancel. You'll also get a receipt after each charge.

4. How to cancel

Sign in to your member portal, press Cancel membership and confirm. That's all: no phone call, no form, no waiting. You can also email us at info@vitaminmaxx.com.

After you cancel you won't be charged again. Your perks stay on until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then they stop.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are for the billing period in which they're charged. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend to keep and you haven't used any member perks since that charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you.

6. Member pricing and the members' shop

• Member pricing applies to eligible products and is shown in your bag before you pay. Some products (for example SBKD skincare) may not be eligible.
• Members' shop items are only for active members and may be limited in number.
• Member pricing can't be combined with other discount codes unless we say so.

7. Your account

Your member account is created when you join. Keep your login details private. We may end a membership that's used for resale or fraud; if we do, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

8. Newsletter

The weekly members' newsletter is part of the membership. You can switch it off any time in your portal settings or with the unsubscribe link in any email. Switching it off doesn't cancel your membership.

9. For customers in the United States

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you agree to an automatically renewing membership at the price shown, billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time as described in section 4. California residents: this is an automatic renewal as defined by California law, and you can cancel online without any further steps.
