Collagen and biotin together
Collagen gives you protein. Biotin, zinc and selenium are the micronutrients. One scoop and one capsule cover both.
Why pair them
Collagen peptides and biotin do different jobs. Collagen is a protein rich in glycine and proline. Biotin is a B vitamin involved in energy metabolism and the normal structure of hair and nails. Taking both means you aren’t relying on one ingredient to do everything.
Step 1: Collagen Maxx
One or two scoops a day in coffee, tea or a smoothie. Two scoops give 22g of collagen peptides and 20g of protein.
Step 2: Glow Maxx
One capsule a day with food: 5000 mcg of biotin, 40 mg of zinc, 75 mcg of selenium, rosemary leaf, alpha-lipoic acid and hyaluronic acid. Need to limit iodine? Choose Glow Maxx (No Added Iodine).
